Terms & Policies
Please review the following policies prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
Retainer fees are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their session once at no additional cost, subject to photographer availability. A session is considered canceled when the client notifies the photographer in writing.
Turnaround Time
Gallery delivery times vary by session type. All images are carefully edited to ensure consistent quality and style.
~ Portrait, Family, Senior, and Missionary Sessions:
Galleries will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date.
~ School Dance Sessions:
Galleries will be delivered within 48-72 hours to allow for timely sharing.
~ Weddings:
Full wedding galleries will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. A sneak peek of select images will be provided within 48-72 hours following the wedding.
Turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside of the photographer's control, but clients will be notified if delays occur. My goal is always to deliver galleries as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care each session deserves.
Travel Policy
Locations of photo sessions may be chosen by the client or the photographer during the booking process. Travel is included within Tooele County and Salt Lake County. Locations outside these areas are subject to a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip), calculated from Stansbury Park, UT. Extended travel (50+ miles round trip or outside neighboring counties) may require a flat travel rate.
License Policy
The photographer retains copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, website, social media and other self-promotional purposes. Clients are granted a non-commercial license to print, share and reproduce the images for personal use. If you prefer that your images not be used for promotional purposes, please notify the photographer during the booking process and your request will be honored.
Image Delivery Policy
Unedited or RAW images are not provided and will not be available for viewing.
Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions take place rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions occur. in the event of unsafe or severe weather, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. Alternative locations may be discussed in advance when applicable.
